Why do I teach in Lo Stagnone?
Lo Stagnone is a shallow lagoon in western Sicily. Its flat water and spacious riding area make it easier to repeat exercises, practise waterstarts and improve board control.
Before each lesson, I check the forecast and current conditions. I then choose the time, practice area and equipment to suit your level. I teach with KiteTherapy at the Stagnone Kitesurf base in Contrada Birgi Clemente.

What are private lessons like?
Find your starting point
Tell me whether you are a complete beginner, have taken a course or already ride independently. We will set a goal and check the skills needed for the next exercises.
Practise step by step
I adapt the equipment and pace to the conditions and your progress. During lessons, I use radio communication to give you feedback in real time.
Know your next step
We discuss what is working and what needs more practice. When it is helpful at your stage, we use recordings and video analysis.
Who are the lessons for?
For beginners: equipment handling, safety systems, kite control, body dragging and your first waterstarts.
For students continuing a course: assessment of your current skills, speed control, riding upwind and becoming more independent.
For independent riders: technique coaching and a chosen training goal, suited to your skills and the conditions.
Before travelling to Sicily
How much do lessons in Sicily cost?
KiteTherapy’s 2027 price list starts at €70/hour for private lessons. The rate is €65/hour for packages of 8+ hours and €60/hour for 16+ hours. Two-person lessons cost €45 per person per hour. An additional spot fee of €8/day applies. We confirm the price and availability before booking.
What if the wind is unsuitable?
I only plan water sessions when conditions allow safe practice. We adjust lesson times to the forecast. Under KiteTherapy’s booking terms, payment is settled after the final lesson and covers the hours actually completed. We will confirm the details before your lessons begin.
Are the lessons taught in Polish?
Yes. I teach in Polish. You can discuss your questions, concerns and goals directly with me.
Is equipment provided?
For KiteTherapy lessons, we provide the equipment you need: a kite, control bar, board, harness and helmet. The setup depends on your level and the conditions. The spot fee is charged separately according to the current price list.
Do I need to book a fixed number of hours?
Tell me how long you will be staying and what you want to achieve. We will choose a suitable lesson plan. Progress depends on your skills and the conditions, so I do not promise independent riding after a fixed number of hours.
How do I arrange lesson dates?
Send me your travel dates and current level before booking your trip. I will confirm lesson availability. You can also find travel arrangements on the KiteTherapy website.
